Product Overview

TECH manufactures Dynamic Random Access Memory (DRAM) wafers, which are assembled, tested and packaged by Micron. The finished products are then marketed and sold by Micron under its brand name.

TECH's DRAM process uses advanced cutting-edge technology – deep UV steppers, scanners, advanced dry etch processes, Chemical Mechanical Polishing (CMP), advanced techniques of metallization.

Our final DRAM products are used as memory in:
