TECH has developed comprehensive and diverse training programmes for all employees. Every employee goes through a rigorous classroom-cum-hands-on programme upon joining TECH. This programme covers the aspect of quality management, technical, operational and problem solving. This is completed by on-going, on-job-training with the aim of enhancing competency skills.
