Our biggest shareholder is Micron Technology Inc., which owns nearly 73% of
TECH.

Technology Inc. is our technology partner in production of our DRAM chips.

semiconductor memory solutions. TECH's quality memory solutions are
inherited from Micron. It serves customers in a variety of industries

electronics, CAD/CAM, telecommunications, office automation, network and
data processing, and graphics display.

machines, as well as imaging and information. At the same time, it has

operations, creating a system that fully integrates product development,
production and sales to provide environmentally conscious products. Canon
supports TECH with imaging technology for producing our sub-micron
products.
