TECH Semiconductor Singapore is a leading, joint-venture 300mm wafer fabrication plant.

Set up in 1991 to specialize in manufacturing DRAM products, TECH has since risen from a 23-arce grass patch in Woodlands to become an impressive dual-plant, multi-million dollar wafer fabrication plant with strong international partners – Micron Technology Inc., Canon and HP Singapore. From the start, we have kept on top of the volatile DRAM market with timely technology advancements and conversions, and are now a formidable player in the global semiconductor DRAM business.

Knowing that our products help create a better world. Today, our DRAMs span a wider range of applications than ever before - they can be found not just in PCs and notebooks, but in a myriad of intelligent devices ranging from office equipment and home appliances to industrial machinery, communication electronics, and automotive systems. More importantly, our enduring passion for excellence will continue to fuel our inner drive to be the best wafer fab in the world.
