TECH Semiconductor Singapore is a leading,
joint-venture 300mm wafer fabrication plant.
Set up in 1991 to specialise in manufacturing DRAM products,
TECH has since risen from a 23-arce grass patch in Woodlands to become an
impressive dual-plant, multi-million dollar wafer fabrication plant with strong
international partnerships – Micron Technology Inc., Canon and Hewlett Packard.
From the start, we have kept on top of the volatile DRAM
market with timely technology advancements and conversions, and are now a
formidable player in the global semiconductor DRAM business.
